Presentations will explore mental health, pain management, cellular therapy, herbal medicine, spiritual wellness, health insurance, emergency resources, and the importance of building strong community connections.\nFeatured speakers include Jae Sanchez, Maria Félix (Nana Cuauhtli), Dr. Paúl Téllez, Susy Landín, Valerie Branch, and MedMexTravel founder Wendy Garcia North. Guests will have opportunities to ask questions, meet local wellness providers and community organizations, and discover resources that can help them feel healthier, better informed, and more supported while living in Puerto Vallarta.\nThe morning will also include complimentary refreshments and door prizes. Women’s Wellness welcomes all women, including transgender women, for an inclusive and engaging morning of useful information, meaningful conversation, and community connection.\n
