For the third consecutive year, the famous Food Network chef and USFOODS culinary specialist, Penny Davidi, will bring together some of the most important names in the food and wine industry for an event full of talent, recipes, and style for the kitchen. The four-day event, which will take place at Villa La Estancia Flamingos AAA with four diamonds, will feature elegant dinners, beachside barbecues, poolside tastings, cooking classes, contests and much more. The confirmed names include celebrity chef and revered cocktail shaker Nick Liberato, Top Chef Boston and Top Chef Mexico star Katsuji Tanabe and the region’s gastronomy ambassador, Betty Vasquez.
