American Paul Jonathan Brown and Founder of ‘Barking of Hope’ missing in SLP

Villa Juárez, SLP - State Attorney General María Manuela García Cázares confirmed that a wanted report has been issued after the disappearance of American citizen Paul Jonathan Brown. He was the founder of the dog shelter Barking of Hope. The report came after one of Brown’s employees went to the Prosecutor’s Office on July 25. They alerted authorities that he had not been seen for several days. Unusual signs were present at the shelter’s property in the municipality of Villa Juárez.
