Singer Lila Downs in Puerto Vallarta

International singing sensation Lila Downs, who has been described as having “multiple voices” by the New York Times, is scheduled to perform in Puerto Vallarta on December 27 as part of the International Fireworks Festival.

Lila grew up both in Minnesota and Oaxaca, and her music and vocal artistry has many influences, including the folk and ranchera music of Mexico and South America and American folk, jazz, blues and hip-hop.
