Mexican artists exhibit in Colombia’s Historical Museum of El Peñol

The Mexican artists Alejandro Quijano (Yucatan) and Jorge Luis Hurtado (Sinaloa) participate in the exhibition "Presencia y Testimonio," which opens today at the Historical Museum of El Penol, Colombia.

Organized by the Cultural Foundation MAI Colombia and The Historical Museum of El Penol, the exhibition brings together the work of 43 artists representing 16 countries, in order to show the complex inner world of each person, their environment and their communities.

The public can admire paintings, oils, acrylics, drawings, sculptures, engravings and collages in genres such as landscape, pop art, conceptual, geometric, linear and modern.
