Mexican Fiesta With Peter Kuruvita

Unlike the hordes of travellers adding Mexico to their travel bucket lists, Peter Kuruvita had never considered the vast Latin American country as a dream destination.

Strange, then, that the London-born, Sri Lankan-raised, Australian-based chef chose Mexico as the setting for his latest television series.
