I Want the Whole Enchilada, All 85 Meters

The Mexican capital has broken its own record with a 85m-long enchilada.

Restaurants from the humble Mexico City neighborhood of Iztapalapa created the giant meal to celebrate Mexican tradition and culture.

Jesus Valencia from the Iztapalapa Municipality explained the event would help "promote family life and boost the economy".

Dating back from Mayan times, enchiladas are tortilla shells filled with beef, vegetables, cheese and sauce and are usually served warm.
