Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – On Saturday, March 22nd, the skies above La Isla Shopping Village will come alive with color and creativity as the third edition of the Kite Festival kicks off at 1:00 p.m. Organized as a family-friendly event, the festival invites children aged 7 to 15 to design, build, and fly their own traditional Mexican kites—an experience that promises to be both fun and culturally enriching.
Participants will have everything they need on-site: all the materials and equipment required to craft their kites will be provided, ensuring a safe and hassle-free environment. In addition to the kite-making workshop, festival-goers can look forward to a series of friendly competitions, including prizes for the most original kite design, the one that flies the highest, and the one that remains aloft the longest.
