Tropical Storm Frank becomes sixth named Pacific storm in July

The formation of Tropical Storm Frank makes the storm the sixth named storm of July and in the 2016 Pacific Hurricane Season, expected to be above average.

The center of Tropical Storm Frank was located near latitude 14.9 North, longitude 104.0 West. Frank is moving toward the northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h). A northwestward motion with a gradual decrease in forward speed is expected during the next few days.
