Puerto Vallarta Seeks to Expedite the Process of Reopening Real Estate Developments Closed for Environmental Violations

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – In a move to invigorate the local economy and provide clarity to real estate investors, Francisco José Martínez Gil, the interim mayor of Puerto Vallarta, has engaged in pivotal discussions with representatives from the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat). The primary agenda of these meetings was to expedite the process of clearing the backlog of construction licenses in the coastal city.
