Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Puerto Vallarta is gearing up to host the second edition of the Puerto Vallarta Papalote Festival 2024 on Saturday, April 20. The event promises a day filled with creativity, joy, and family bonding, starting at 2:00 pm on the esplanade of La Isla Shopping Center.

The Puerto Vallarta Papalote Festival celebrates the rich tradition of kite flying, offering a platform for young minds aged 7 to 15 to unleash their creativity and craftsmanship by handcrafting their own kites. Embracing one of Mexico’s most cherished toys, children will have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on experience, learning the art of kite-making from scratch.

With all necessary materials provided on-site, young participants will embark on a journey of imagination and design as they bring their unique kite creations to life. The festival aims to foster family coexistence, providing a wholesome environment for parents and children to bond over a shared activity that transcends generations.
