Luxury Cruise Seabourn Encore Announces Spring 2025 Itineraries Featuring Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Seabourn, a renowned ultra-luxury cruise line, has unveiled its revised spring 2025 itineraries for the Seabourn Encore, marking a significant expansion of its voyage offerings. Notably, this revision includes the cruise line’s first visit to Puerto Vallarta and a maiden voyage through the Panama Canal, showcasing an ambitious plan to explore new destinations and offer unique experiences to its passengers.

Expansive Journey Across Continents

The Seabourn Encore’s updated itineraries promise an extensive journey, covering more than 38,000 kilometers across four continents and two oceans. The ship will make stops at 36 ports in 18 countries, including prominent destinations such as California, Miami, Hawaii, the Mediterranean, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Additionally, travelers will have the opportunity to explore vibrant cities like Tokyo, Cartagena, and Puerto Vallarta.

This new route offers a range of travel options, with trips lasting between 7 and 25 days. For those seeking an extended adventure, the itineraries can be combined to create voyages of up to 53 days, providing an unparalleled luxury cruise experience.

Seabourn Encore: A Luxurious Experience

Launched in 2016, the Seabourn Encore is a testament to luxury and elegance on the seas. Measuring 210 meters in length and displacing just over 40,000 tons, the ship offers an intimate cruising experience with a capacity of just over 600 passengers. This smaller size, compared to larger cruise ships that frequent Puerto Vallarta, allows for a more personalized and exclusive experience for guests.

The Seabourn Encore is renowned for its luxurious amenities, exceptional service, and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the voyage is designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and sophistication.

Avoiding the Red Sea Amidst Middle East Conflict

In light of ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, Seabourn Cruise Line has strategically adjusted the Seabourn Encore’s spring 2025 itineraries to avoid the Red Sea. Originally planned to sail from Asia to Europe in March 2025, the ship will now embark on a new eastward journey from Singapore on March 2, 2025.

This revised itinerary includes six voyages, each lasting between seven and 25 days, offering diverse and enriching experiences for travelers. The updated routes feature inaugural calls in the United States, with extended stays in Hawaii, California, and Miami scheduled for March and April 2025.

Inaugural Calls and Overnight Stays

The Seabourn Encore’s new deployment highlights 18 inaugural calls, including Puerto Vallarta, showcasing the cruise line’s commitment to exploring new horizons. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy overnight stays in some of the world’s most captivating destinations. These include Honolulu, Hawaii; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Kobe, Japan; and overnight departures from Yokohama, Japan; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; and Cartagena, Colombia.

A Commitment to Exploration and Luxury

Seabourn’s decision to include Puerto Vallarta and the Panama Canal in its spring 2025 itineraries reflects the cruise line’s dedication to providing its guests with exceptional travel experiences. By exploring diverse destinations and offering luxurious accommodations, Seabourn continues to set the standard for ultra-luxury cruising.
