Military and Tactical Groups Maintain Order Across Puerto Vallarta Neighborhoods

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco — In a coordinated effort to uphold public safety, a Multi-Agency Security Operation—referred to locally as “Base de Operaciones Mixtas” (BOM)—was conducted in various neighborhoods of Puerto Vallarta. Personnel from the Tactical Operations Group, the Naval Zone, the Mexican Army, the State Police, and Municipal Traffic joined forces to deter criminal activity and increase their presence in areas of high foot traffic and reported concerns.
