8M Protests in Puerto Vallarta Today: Women Unite Against Gender Violence

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – This March 8, the streets of Puerto Vallarta will fill with calls for justice, dignity, and the right to live free from violence, as women from across Jalisco come together for the “Vivas nos queremos” (We Want to Live) march. Beginning at 5 p.m., participants will gather at the Parque de las Mujeres, located at the intersection of the Luis Donaldo Colosio Bypass and Francisco Medina Ascencio Boulevard, before moving toward the iconic Malecón and eventually converging on the Plaza de Armas and the Aquiles Serdán Open Air Theater.
