Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, August 5, 2026 – A national search notice has been issued for Wilber Armando Colmenares Márquez, an 18-year-old last seen in Puerto Vallarta on July 23.
The search notice lists the case under investigation file 46522/2026 and identifies the Fiscalía General del Estado de Jalisco as the responsible authority.
Colmenares is described as approximately 1.80 meters tall and weighing 70 kilograms, with a slim build, light complexion, large brown eyes, an oval face, full lips, and a nose that curves toward the right.
The notice lists several identifying marks, including a two-centimeter horizontal scar on his chin and a circular mark approximately three centimeters in diameter.
He has black-ink tattoos showing the four card suits on the fingers of his right hand, an outline of Mickey Mouse on his right wrist, an AK-47 behind his left ear and the name “Wendy Márquez” written in cursive on the left side of his chest.
He was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt and black sneakers.
