The center of Hurricane Carlotta is located near latitude 18.6 North, longitude 115.2 West. The storm is moving in a west-northwest direction at approximately 14 mph (22 km/h). This west-northwestward trajectory is expected to continue with a gradual decrease in speed over the next several days.
