On our signup page, we explain that it could take 24 hours for your account to be created, however, it is normally completed within minutes if you subscribe during our business hours. Otherwise, you may need to wait for the following morning, but allow us 24 hours, you will get it, I promise :) If after 24 hours you still haven’t received a welcome message from us (subject: Welcome to PVDN), then please contact us at that time.

First, we recommend checking your SPAM folder. 99% of people who contact us about not receiving an email will find it in their SPAM.

If you still cannot find your password, you can visit https://www.vallartadaily.com/login/ and at the bottom of the login form, you will see a link for ‘Forgot Password’, click that to begin the process of resetting your password. You will be sent an email, again CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX.

Lastly, if you signed up for PVDN with a business email address (ie @YourWebsiteURL), you probably will never receive emails from us, including our newsletter, because website-based email addresses have tight restrictions that most people don’t know how to adjust in their website control panel. You need to change your email address to one that does not go through a web hosting company. We recommend Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and outlook.com. We cannot offer tech support. We can only guarantee we are sending you the newsletters and login details, how your web server handles those emails will need to be addressed with your email provider.

If you have checked your SPAM box and you are NOT using a website email address, then contact us and we can try to assist you.

First, we recommend checking your SPAM box. Also, make sure you are not using a website-based email address (@YourBusinessURL). Email addresses connected to a business website have a high rate of failure when receiving email because of the web host settings. Use Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or Outlook.com for best results.

If you have checked your SPAM and you are NOT using an email address associated with your business website, then it’s possible that your subscription has ended and you didn’t renew. You can signup for another year HERE
