At 7PM a low pressure in the Pacific Ocean was located about 380 miles west-southest of Puerto Vallarta. It's estimated the low pressure could form into a cyclone within the next 48-hours and bring localized heavy rains to the west and north portions of the country, including Puerto Vallarta . . .
