Jalisco search authorities are asking for public help in locating Yuzary Zepeda de Jesús, a 21-year-old woman reported missing in Puerto Vallarta after she was last seen on April 25 in the Las Palmas delegation.
The national search alert lists both the date of the incident and the date authorities became aware of it as April 25. That document places the case in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, and identifies the Jalisco state prosecutor’s office as the authority that entered the report.
Last seen in Las Palmas
Relatives said in a public appeal that Zepeda de Jesús was returning from a trip to cabins in Mazamitla and that her last known location was on the road to Las Palmas. After that, according to the family account, her cellphone stopped receiving calls and WhatsApp messages.
The official bulletin did not list clothing information for the day she disappeared.
Local records already show that missing-person cases in Puerto Vallarta have remained a persistent public-safety issue, with state registry figures placing the municipality at 559 accumulated missing and unlocated persons cases through April 2026.
Identifying details in the search bulletin
The national alert describes Zepeda de Jesús as 1.58 meters tall, weighing about 57 kilograms, with a thin build, medium-brown eyes, and long, straight black hair. It lists a scar on her left knee as a distinguishing mark.
A separate Jalisco search notice also mentions two moles on her forehead, piercings in both ears, a wart on the left side of her back, and braces.
