Puerto Vallarta’s second annual Ceviche and Aguachile Festival

Renowned for its international cuisine and flavors, Puerto Vallarta will host its second annual ‘Ceviche and Aguachile Festival’ on Sunday, January 24, in Parque Lazaro Cardenas from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

This year the festival is expected to welcome 1500 visitors to try different styles of ceviche, a dish that has become a tradition in Puerto Vallarta. The regional recipe can be a little different than other regions, with a typical Vallarta ceviche including carrots, cucumber, and cilantro.

Aguachile is another dish that participating restaurants will be offering at around $15 pesos each. El Coleguita, Mauricio’s, Swell . . .
