Refund Policy for PVDN Sponsorship

Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including Newsletters, streaming videos, PDF downloads, and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase or subscribing to any services provided by Vallarta Daily (PVDN).

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, newsletters, streaming videos, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

You are subscribing to a yearly plan and your credit card will be billed each year to maintain your sponsorship to PVDN. If billing fails, your newsletter services and other subscription perks will be terminated.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product (in this case, the PVDN newsletter) you can immediately contact [email protected] with your email address so we can confirm your subscription. Newsletter subscribers should be aware that while PVDN will guarantee your newsletters will be sent in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee your email provider will deliver the content to your email inbox. To help ensure your email provider does not block your digital content, please whitelist [email protected] and add the email address to your contacts to help reduce the chances of your paid content from being blocked or delivered to SPAM by your chosen email provider.

PVDN will not be responsible for email providers blocking the content you have subscribed to receive. If you have not received your first newsletter within 48-hours of subscribing, your email provider is blocking delivery. You may contact PVDN at [email protected] and request an alternate email address be used.
