Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2026 returns to Puerto Vallarta for its 18th edition, bringing together chefs, culinary leaders, flavors, and experiences from across Mexico and beyond.

Held under the theme “Discovering a New Reality,” this year’s event invites guests to explore cuisine not only as something to taste, but as something to experience, question, and reimagine.

From October 4 to 7, the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort in Puerto Vallarta’s Hotel Zone will serve as the main venue for the culinary gathering.
