Tropical Storm Lester is twelfth named storm of the season

Tropical Storm Lester has become the twelfth named storm of the 2016 Pacific Hurricane Season. The coast of Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta, has been spared from storms so far this year as they have been spinning away from the coast and into the pacific.
