The Observatory has highlighted the urgent need for legal frameworks to prevent unauthorized modifications, constructions, and demolitions that threaten the cultural heritage of this beloved tourist destination. Without such regulations, the historic center faces a significant risk of losing its unique character and charm, which have long attracted visitors from around the globe.
During a recent press conference, members of the Citizen Observatory expressed their willingness to collaborate with municipal bodies and stakeholders in the process of declaring, preparing, and implementing the proposed management guide and regulations.
