Cabo Corrientes Establishes Temporary Shelter Amid Heavy Rains and River Overflow

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – In response to the heavy rains that have lashed the region in recent days, the municipal government of Cabo Corrientes has established a temporary shelter to assist residents living in areas at high risk of flooding. The rains, which began intensifying on Wednesday, have caused the Tuito River to overflow, particularly endangering residents near the coastal town of Yelapa.
