Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Marine biologist Aldo Zavala, a prominent member of Proyecto Manta, a civil organization dedicated to the protection of manta rays, has raised concerns over the alarming rate of boat-related incidents involving manta rays along Mexico's Pacific coast.
