Nuevo Nayarit, Nayarit, October 24, 2026 — BON is scheduled to begin its private opening today, October 24, with regular admission restricted to VidantaWorld resort guests.
For Puerto Vallarta residents considering an evening at the new theme park, the immediate question is straightforward: can someone buy a ticket without booking a resort stay? Under the published admission policy, ordinary public ticket sales have not begun.
The park’s official guest FAQ identifies October 24 as the start of its private opening phase. Staying at VidantaWorld does not guarantee entry: BON admission must be purchased separately and remains subject to availability.
This report reflects the operator’s published opening arrangements. Opening-night operations and individual ride availability have not been independently verified.
For eligible guests, Vidanta’s operating guide lists Tuesday through Saturday hours of 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with attractions closing at 10:30 p.m. The distinction matters when planning an arrival around dinner or another evening reservation.
Admission prices require a direct inquiry
BON has not posted a numerical admission price in its current FAQ. Instead, it directs customers to its service center at +52 322 176 1433, available daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“Current rates and benefits can only be confirmed by phone or in person,” the FAQ says, identifying the concierge, customer service center, and sales kiosks as authorized channels.
Children under 3 do not require a ticket; children 3 and older do. For a family booking accommodation specifically to visit BON, the cost therefore begins with the hotel stay plus separately confirmed park admission.
Specific preview offers are also tied to other events. The Mexico Open’s authorized ticket seller advertises a BON preview invitation with its Hospitality Eagle Shared package, starting at 22,600 pesos, for the October 29–November 1 tournament. The listing does not specify the preview date. That package does not establish ordinary public admission for October 24.
Which attractions are in the opening plan?
Vidanta’s guest announcement for the private opening advertises 14 attractions across five themed areas, with additional experiences to follow.
Its October visitor guide describes a mix of rides, play areas and evening entertainment. Among the experiences listed for the initial months are:
- The Rise of Soluma, a suspended roller coaster reaching approximately 20 meters above the ground.
- Floresta Drop, a parachute-style tower rising 40 meters.
- Time Quest, a family ride with rocking and swinging movements.
- Challenge Trail, an elevated ropes course with a suspended gliding section.
- Carousel of Colors, featuring alebrijes inspired by Mexican folk art.
The guide also describes Kids Cove, Splash Canyon, and nighttime fountain entertainment. Larger attractions, including the Ashara and Tecuani coasters, are identified as later additions.
Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ, the resident production previously covered by Vallarta Daily, requires its own ticket, according to Vidanta’s October guide. Buying BON admission does not include the show.
Guests need a wristband before entering
The operating guide says visitors must exchange their tickets for personalized admission wristbands before entering. Those wristbands validate the visit date and also function as reloadable wallets.
The resort’s People Mover service to the park is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m.; the SkyDream gondola provides another connection. Children under 14 must remain accompanied by an adult, and individual rides have separate height requirements.
For residents visiting without a hotel reservation, Grupo Vidanta’s September 24 opening announcement sets April 2027 as the target for general-public access. The current FAQ gives the broader date of 2027 without repeating the month.
Vidanta also plans to introduce its seven themed worlds progressively through December 2027. For someone planning a regular visit from Puerto Vallarta, April remains the announced public-opening window; an exact admission date and public ticket price have not yet been published.
