City Council Approves Long-Term Solution to Vallarta’s Garbage Crisis

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - In a move aimed at addressing longstanding waste management challenges, Puerto Vallarta’s City Council approved a new concession for the permanent collection and disposal of urban solid waste. During a regular session on Friday, officials granted the service concession to Red Recolector, S.A. de C.V., in association with Red Ambiental, S.A. de C.V., for a term of up to 15 years following the signing of the respective contract.
