Many years ago ‘rumor’ was the city of Puerto Vallarta snatched up dogs on the street and took them up to the mountains and killed them at the end of each summer to clean the city of street dog before the tourists arrived. There is also the same thing with cat poisoning on the island each year right before tourist season begins and everyone claims they don’t know why it happens or who is doing this.
How horrible. We just had a few cats poisoned in our neighborhood. Heartless.
I commend Raul for speaking up and offering this! we can only hope this creep is caught and put into jail, where I hope the real justice takes place!
