My Marvelous Mexican Midlife Crisis – Why I go to the beach

For me, going to the beach is a way to escape from my daily grind. After seeing some of my Facebook posts, many of my friends in Canada have joked that all I seem to do is go to the beach, but this isn’t true. I’m still in the midst of my working years, juggling work, being a parent, and trying to find time with my husband as well as personal time. Going to the beach is a simple pleasure that allows me to decompress, because it takes me back to things that I loved . . .
