San Francisco, Nayarit, June 19, 2026 – A man identified by authorities as Silvestre “N” has been arrested in La Compuerta, a rural community near San Francisco/San Pancho, on a warrant tied to an alleged rape case.
Nayarit investigative police carried out the arrest in Bahía de Banderas. The case was then transferred to a control judge based in Bucerías, where the next steps in the proceedings will be decided under Mexico’s accusatory criminal justice system.
