Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, July 14, 2026 — More than 50 hotels in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas now have a shared route into state-backed training and job-skill certification after IDEFT Puerto Vallarta II signed an umbrella agreement with the region’s hotel association.
