Protest Erupts in Puerto Vallarta After Death of High School Student, Traffic in Centro Blocked

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Relatives and friends of José Luis Cabrera, a third-year high school student who allegedly died as a result of a beating, took to the streets of Puerto Vallarta this Monday morning in protest. The demonstration, which saw roads surrounding the municipal presidency blocked, called for justice and a thorough investigation into the tragic incident.
