Puerto Vallarta Welcomes Nearly 11,000 Visitors From Two International Cruise Arrivals

PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico – Nearly 11,000 international visitors arrived in Puerto Vallarta on Monday, marking the second major double arrival of cruise ships this month and providing a significant economic boost to the local tourism industry.

The first vessel to dock was the Carnival Panorama, which reached Pier 1 at 8:42 a.m. after departing Long Beach, California. On board this 323-meter-long ship were 4,213 passengers and 1,430 crew members. Following their stay, the Carnival Panorama is scheduled to continue its journey to Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
