According to a recent study conducted by Numbeo, the average rental price in Puerto Vallarta has reached $1,095.79 USD per month, which equates to just over 20,000 Mexican pesos at the exchange rate quoted on August 14. This new figure positions Puerto Vallarta at the top of the list of the 10 most expensive cities to live in the region.
