On Friday, November 14, 2014, Michel’s restaurant located at Olas Altas 507 in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta will host "Vino e Alta Cucina" as part of the International Gourmet Festival 2014.
Guest Chef Dominik Enderle, originally from Germany, has already garnered a wealth of international experience at the age of 28, including Michelin Star Restaurants in Switzerland and Germany. Dominik intends to create a menu to delight the senses, combining traditional techniques with local Mexican ingredients. Dominik will be the guest chef at Michel’s from November 14 through November 23.
