Puerto Vallarta Welcomes Chef Dominik Enderle to Michel’s

On Friday, November 14, 2014, Michel’s restaurant located at Olas Altas 507 in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta will host “Vino e Alta Cucina” as part of the International Gourmet Festival 2014.

Guest Chef Dominik Enderle, originally from Germany, has already garnered a wealth of international experience at the age of 28, including Michelin Star Restaurants in Switzerland and Germany. Dominik intends to create a menu to delight the senses, combining traditional techniques with local Mexican ingredients. Dominik will be the guest chef at Michel’s from November 14 through November 23.

Chef Pascal Michel Ferrari arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 2007 and immediately knew it was the place to launch his first restaurant. Trattoria Michel was followed by Lido Beach Club and more recently Olas Altas Inn. Originally from Zurich, multi lingual Ferrari chose to leave a successful business career to pursue his dreams in hospitality.

This year is the twentieth anniversary of the International Gourmet Festival bringing 29 participating hotels and restaurants, over 30 chefs from four continents, and new and improved events to welcome over 20 thousand attendees from November 13-23 to Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and Tepic.
