Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, July 10, 2026 – A resident complaint reported Friday says a swimming pool holding stagnant water on Paseo de los Delfines has remained untreated after a report submitted roughly one month ago, raising concern in Conchas Chinas as the rainy season creates more places where mosquitoes can reproduce.
