Your Flight to Puerto Vallarta Will Be More Expensive in 2025

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Last week, the Pacific Airport Group (GAP) and the Mexico City Airport Group (GACM) announced an increase in fees charged to airlines, as well as an adjustment to the Airport Use Fee (TUA) paid by passengers.

Passengers traveling through a number of key airports in Mexico will soon see a rise in the TUA. The affected airports include Guadalajara, Tijuana, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Guanajuato, Hermosillo, Mexicali, Morelia, La Paz, Aguascalientes, Los Mochis, and Manzanillo. The TUA is a fee collected from passengers for the use of airport facilities and is typically included in the cost of an airline ticket.
