Chevron opens first service station in Mexico

Chevron announced the start of operations of its first service station in Mexico, in conjunction with Redco, which is located in Hermosillo, Sonora, with the objective of commercializing gasoline and additives in the country.

In a statement, the company also said it has signed an agreement with Redco, a local operator with an extensive network of service stations, to set up Chevron service stations in the states of Sonora, Sinaloa and Baja California Sur.

The president of Chevron Combustibles de Mexico, José Parra, commented that "Redco will bring its recognized experience in the industry to the operation of the network . . .
