Puerto Vallarta Launches ‘Operation Safe Christmas’

The city of Puerto Vallarta has announced “Operation Safe Christmas”, an initiative by the City Government, Civil Protection, and Puerto Vallarta Police to ensure a safe holiday season in Puerto Vallarta for visitors and residents.

The initiative puts 360 units on duty during the holiday season, which is expected to be busier than normal with the addition of several large events scheduled in the month of December. The operations will begin December 1, 2014 and continue until January 8, 2015.
