Tony Awards Celebration: A “Vallarta-Chic” Gala – June 16

Act2PV is thrilled to announce the inaugural “Tony Awards Celebration – A Vallarta-Chic Gala!” on Sunday, June 16. This grand event will coincide with the televised Tony Awards and will also celebrate the grand opening of Mary Ann’s Ovations Piano Bar, Puerto Vallarta’s newest entertainment hotspot. The evening promises a blend of glitz and glamour, kicking off at 4:30 pm with a stylish photo-op walk and an extended happy hour.

This gala serves as a key fundraising event for Act2PV’s Capital Campaign to install an elevator, enhancing accessibility and audience attendance for the impressive lineup of shows planned for the 2024/2025 season and beyond. The charismatic David Maiocco (aka “Liberace”) and “Mr. Broadway” David Sabella will host the event, which will feature a 50/50 raffle and a live auction of fabulous prizes, all proceeds supporting the elevator campaign.

Auction Highlights:

  • A $5000 MXN gift certificate for Cassandra Shaw Jewelry
  • An ATV Tour for two, courtesy of Unique ATV
  • Two designer purses (new and in box) donated by Mary Ann Renaldue
  • A high-end bottle of wine (valued at $150+), also donated by Mary Ann Renaldue
  • A romantic dinner for two, with an overnight stay at the stunning Casa Karma Villa & Event Space
  • A luxurious yacht excursion provided by Tom Bernes

Tickets for this “Vallarta-Chic” gala are priced at $600 MXN, including a glass of champagne, hors d’oeuvres, salad, and a pasta dinner. All are welcome to attend and are encouraged to invite friends who have never been to Act2PV. To RSVP, please email Cate Valcic at [email protected] to confirm attendance, with payment (cash only) to be made at the door. Attendees are also encouraged to bring extra cash for the 50/50 raffle, as one lucky person will take home half of the total!
