Monterrey experts say reversible lanes won’t solve long-term traffic

Monterrey, NL - Urban mobility specialists in Monterrey are voicing doubts over the long-term effectiveness of recently implemented reversible lanes. They call them a temporary measure rather than a sustainable traffic solution.
