If you have experienced or are experiencing LBP, you may be interested in the new guideline for non-invasive treatment of acute (short term) LBP published in February 2017 by the American College of Physicians.

The ACP tells acute LBP sufferers to “Stay active and wait it out.” It recommends that doctors avoid prescribing painkillers, muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatories . . .
