A panel discussion featuring one or more of the members of the Grammy Award-winning Mexican band Café Tacvba will take place on campus on Sunday, Sept. 23.The talk, which will focus on music, social justice, and contemporary Mexico, will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. in Rm. 201, Sudler Hall, William L.
