October 2014 Air Travel Report Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico

During October 2014, total terminal passengers decreased 3.1% compared to the same period of the previous year. Domestic passenger traffic increased 3.5%, while international passenger traffic decreased 18.8% compared to October 2013.

Events for the Period

For the month of October, it is important to highlight that the traffic decline in the Los Cabos International Airport (80.9%) was the result of hotel closings and cancellations that resulted from Hurricane Odile. Aside from that, during the month, the following routes opened: Guanajuato to Ciudad Juarez by VivaAerobus; as well as Guadalajara to Portland, Guadalajara to Villahermosa, Guadalajara . . .
