Mexico’s Institute for Women urges people to join Orange Day celebration

The National Institute for Women (Inmujeres) urged people to join Orange Day celebrations, a campaign of the United Nations Organization to combat violence against women and girls.

"Today is # DíaNaranja use any color garment or accessory, join violence against women and girls," wrote the institute in his Twitter account @inmujeres.

Secretary General of the Organization of the United Nations (UN), Ban Ki-Moon, implemented the "JOIN" campaign to promote awareness and political will and allocate resources to end all forms of violence against females .

This campaign calls on the 25th of each month to all governments, civil society, women . . .
