Puerto Vallarta’s first three monthly development files of 2026 contain 426 permit and administrative entries, including at least 16 that explicitly mention vertical multifamily housing. What those files do not provide is the information most neighbors would want first: the project’s street address, neighborhood, number of units, total construction area, parking capacity or expected demand on water, sewer and drainage systems.
