Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - A strong storm that swept through Puerto Vallarta from Sunday night into early Monday morning brought heavy rainfall, causing minor damages and temporary road closures across the city, according to the Puerto Vallarta Civil Protection and Fire Department (PCBPV).
