Puerto Vallarta plans to attract one million more tourists by 2020

Puerto Vallarta plans to attract one million more tourists by 2020, a figure that will increase the current 4 million a year, given that they will have new attractions and the renovation of hotel facilities.

The director of Promotion and Public Relations of Tourism Trust Puerto Vallarta, Luis Villaseñor, indicated that the destination has three years of positive growth, which is reflected in the current hotel occupancy of 75 percent.

Local authorities expressed at the beginning of the year, that at the end of 2018 the hotels would be occupied by 80 percent with more than 25 thousand rooms . . .
