Rosarito Beer Fest kicks off July 19
On Saturday, July 19, Las Rocas Resort & Spa will host Rosarito Beer Fest 2025. The festival runs from 1:00 p.m. to midnight, inviting guests to sample a lineup of top regional and national craft breweries. Attendees will enjoy live music sets ranging from indie rock to Latin rhythms, alongside gourmet street-style dishes curated by urban‐cuisine chefs. With the Pacific Ocean as your backdrop, this laid-back gathering promises an easygoing vibe where friends can mingle over pints while watching the sunset.

Fish & Seafood Festival returns August 2
Holiday weekend fun continues when the Rosarito Fish & Seafood Festival 2025 takes over the beachfront grounds of the Rosarito Beach Hotel on Friday, August 2. From 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., guests can choose one of two tasting sessions—either starting at 3:00 p.m. or lasting until supplies run out. Ticket holders receive a commemorative glass and enjoy 10 gourmet seafood tastings paired with five wine or craft-beer pairings. A lineup of dancers, acoustic performers, and visual artists will add a festive flair. Early tickets at 750 MXN (about $40 USD) are on sale now at tuacceso.mx and select restaurants; at-the-gate tickets rise to 950 MXN ($51 USD).

A tribute to chile en nogada on August 15
On Thursday, August 15, Hacienda de Badú welcomes diners to a Chile en Nogada Tribute Dinner. Renowned traditional chef Josefina Sánchez will lead the kitchen, joined by guest chefs Jorge Orozco, Jorge Woolrich, Gerard Militello, and Luis Perches. Each plate will highlight the iconic poblano pepper stuffed with picadillo, topped with creamy walnut sauce, pomegranate seeds, and fresh parsley. The prix-fixe dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and costs 1 100 MXN per person (roughly $59 USD). Reservations are required and can be made by calling 661-613-4011.

“These events showcase the talent, hospitality, and culinary wealth that define Rosarito,” said Octavio Machado, President of CANIRAC Playas de Rosarito. “We invite everyone to be part of this summer, which, aside from being delicious, strengthens our community and local businesses.”
